General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The new General Data Protection Regulation (GPPR) will legally take effect on May 25 2018, under
the new regulation we are obliged to inform you about the data we hold and how we use it.

The data we store and use is to enable us to trade with you and is detailed below.

Information held may include

  • Company name
  • Company address
  • Company contacts (management, accounts, employees (to include personal details etc.)
  • Various telephone/fax numbers as supplied by yourselves
  • Various e-mail addresses as supplied by you
  • VAT number
  • Bank account details when applicable.

The email address is held within our Office 365 platform and our secure Portal.
Personal ID’s are used to verify the identify of the candidates in order to register them with the awarding body, without this we can not register them.
Employee addresses & contact numbers are held on our secure portal and are only used to register with the awarding body & to contact regarding the specific course/assessment if imeninent changes need to be made or in case of a “no-show”.
Your company bank account details are held as part of our secure Xero accounting system

Information about your company is kept in a secure password protected office and backed up and stored off-site for security and loss prevention purposes. All data transferred to the Secure Data Centre is Encrypted and only Park Hill Training has access to this data.

The data we hold is for the purposes of trading and corresponding with you in the course of our business relationship. We will never pass on or sell this information to a third party without your express permission.
